Rosenberg's Self-Esteem Scale
If you’re uncertain as to your own level of self-esteem, we recommend taking a few minutes to complete
the questionnaire below. Please note that doing this is entirely optional and completely anonymous.
Your score:
The scale ranges from 0-30. Scores between 15 and 25 are within normal range; scores below 15 suggest low self-esteem.
Self esteem is all about you. It is not visible, but always there. It is there when you look at yourself in the mirror. It is there when you talk about yourself, or even when you keep quiet. Your self esteem is your sense of your own worth, your self respect and self love. It is the perception of yourself and your life, and the better self esteem - the better you feel about yourself and your surroundings.
By gaining a high self esteem you will value yourselves highly and discover your potential and abilities. You will live your life with a more positive attitude and have healthier and happier relationships. A high self
esteem will also make you understand that you have a huge potential and that you are in control of your own life. You will be less stressed and less
likely to suffer from anxiety and depression. In other words, it is a great investment for yourself and your own well being!
